We offer extended stay discounts in November, December, January and February. Discounts start on reservations that are 14 nights and even a larger discount is offered on reservations that are 28 nights or more. If the dates you select qualify for a discount, the discount will automatically apply once you have entered your dates.

- We started this direct booking website because we have several repeat guests every year. We wanted to give our repeat guests the first opportunity to book their vacation and save them money in the process. That's why the booking calendar is open 60 days more on this site than it is on our VRBO and Airbnb listings. On this site you can book 425 days in the future while on our VRBO and Airbnb listings you can only book 365 days in the future.
