"SIT N SEA" is the name we came up with for this breathtaking unit. We picked this name because we like to SIT on the balcony while we are there and SEA the dolphins swimming by while we drink our morning coffee.
"SIT N SEA" is a 2BR/2BA unit that sleeps 7 guests and is located on the 4th floor of the Island Winds West complex on West Beach in Gulf Shores Alabama. This unit has a direct gulf front balcony with an AMAZING view!
This unit is ON THE BEACH! Just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor and you are steps from the white sand beach. This unit offers BREATHTAKING Gulf and beach views from the private gulf-front balcony. Walking distance to several restaurants and only 1/4 mile walk to the Hangout. Very nice location walkable location and 2 elevators!
"SIT N SEA" has been completely remodeled and has high end finishes including solid wood cabinets, granite countertops and tile flooring throughout!

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.
Policies:
1. check-in is 4pm | check-out is 10am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex
3. parties or gatherings will not be allowed.
Located 1/4 mile west of the busy Gulf Shores public beach area, this condo is in the perfect location for accessing lots of dining options, attractions, shopping and other fun things to do.
This unit is operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals! Terrys Vacation rentals focuses on offering 5 star properties for family vacations! We enjoy hosting families while they are on vacation making memories that will last a lifetime! Terrys vacation rentals operates several units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama.

I have another unit in the Island Winds East building next door, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.
Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.
2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.
3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.
4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.
Guest will receive an email from the HOA to register their vehicle. The HOA requires guest to register their vehicle and to purchase their parking pass directly through them. Upon arrival guests will pick up their parking pass at the onsite office. The price of the parking pass is not included with your reservation with me. The office is open 7am-11pm daily. If you arrive after the onsite office has closed for the day you can pick up your parking pass the next day when the office is open. Guests that pre register their vehicles and purchase their parking passes through the link provided are charged a lower price than guests that purchase the parking pass from the onsite staff upon arrival. Island Winds East only allows guests to purchase one parking pass.
The HOA limits the parking to 2 parking pass per unit. There is a souvenir shop across the street, Island Outfitters, that does offer paid parking there as well if you need parking for more than one vehicle. For more information on availability and price you can contact them directly. One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.
