Welcome to Crystal Shores unit 1105! Also known as "JUBILEE BY THE SEA"!

Crystal Shores is a direct Gulf front complex. Every unit in Crystal Shores is 2BR/2BA and 1056 Sq.ft. Crystal Shores offers an indoor/outdoor swim through pool, hot tub, game room, fitness center, amenity area restrooms, and direct beach access. Ikes beach service sets up in front of the condo for guests to rent chairs and umbrella set ups from them. Guests can bring their own beach chairs and umbrellas if they want.

"JUBILEE BY THE SEA" is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 11th floor.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 end tables, a coffee table, 2 arm chairs, flat screen TV, balcony access and an unbelievable direct Gulf View!

The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, on suite bathroom, direct balcony access and a breathtaking view of the Gulf! The private on suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an oversized vanity with granite top.

The over-sized balcony is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom and has one of the best views available in all of Gulf Shores!

The kitchen in this unit offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a bar area with seating for 3. In addition to the bar seating there is a dining table as well so there is plenty of room to have family dinners in this unit.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and direct access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with granite top, a door that goes into the 2nd bedroom and a door that goes into the main living area of the unit as well.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The unit has hard surface flooring throughout!

This unit also has a reserved covered parking spot that must be used on the 1st floor.

This unit is operated by Terrys Vacation Rentals! Terrys Vacation rentals focuses on offering 5 star properties for family vacations! We enjoy hosting families while they are on vacation making memories that will last a lifetime! Terrys vacation rentals operates several units in Gulf Shores and Foley Alabama. Terrys Vacation Rentals offers extended stay discounts starting November 1st and running through February each year. Contact us for more information, we are always happy to help!

We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival. 1 parking pass is included in your reservation and will be left on the counter inside the unit. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request, please notify me right away if you need the 2nd pass so we can have the cleaning crew leave that inside the unit for you while they are there. Key fobs to access the amenities and beach area are hanging on the entrance door inside the unit.

I have several units in this building so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!
